BACKORDERS If an item is not in stock we will put it on backorder. However, we will e-mail you with the option to cancel the order if you would rather not wait. or leave a contact number for us to contact you.

RETURNS We will not be held responsible for the cost of any returns. In case of faulty products please contact Keswalls Angling Centre on 0208 504 1929 immediately. All damaged goods or discrepancies must be notified within 24 hours of receipt, and damaged parcels must be signed as damaged at time of delivery. When returning goods you must contact the shop via telephone before hand or the returned good will be refused ,there will be a 25% handling charge deducted from all refunds unless items are found to be faulty.
